For buyers who already know what they need.

Category and sourcing managers at brands, packers and private-label companies. You have a specification. What you need from India is a partner who meets it, batch after batch, and answers for it.

  1. Your specification, in writing

We start from your standard, not from a catalogue. If it is not fully written yet, we write it with you before any supplier quotes.

  2. Verified, not promised

Registers checked, the producer named, the sample tested at a laboratory we choose and the lot inspected before it ships.

  3. One party accountable

We buy the goods and sell them to you. The contract, the documents and the responsibility sit with one company.

02 · What we sell

What we sell is certainty.

Anyone can quote a price. What a buyer needs to know is that the goods will match the sample, the sample will match the specification, and someone will answer if they do not. Five checks make that certain.

  1. Specification

    Written before anyone quotes.

Every parameter, tolerance and test method is agreed in writing first. Quotes are then compared on the same product.

  2. Supplier

    Checked, and the producer named.

Entities are verified on India's public registers, and we find out who actually makes the goods.

  3. Sample

Tested at a laboratory we choose.

Drawn from the lot you would buy, split and sealed, and tested at an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accredited for each parameter.

  4. Inspection

Checked against your limits before it ships.

The lot is inspected against the agreed limits before it is packed and sealed for export.

  5. Records

    Shared, not summarised.

Register copies, laboratory reports, seal numbers and inspection results are kept on file and shared with you.

Any product. One condition.

We are not tied to a catalogue. If a requirement can be written down and verified, we can source it in India and export it to you. If it cannot be verified, we will say so before you spend anything.

What is a merchant exporter?

A merchant exporter buys goods from producers in India and sells them to overseas buyers under its own export registration. Unlike a sourcing agent, we own the goods between producer and buyer, so the contract, the documents and the responsibility sit with one company: us.

Can you export any product?

Almost any. We take on products that can be specified in writing and verified by inspection or testing, and that are legal to export from India and to import into your country. If we cannot verify something, we say so before you spend anything.

How do you make sure the goods match our specification?

We check at each point where quality can drift: the written specification, the supplier, the sample and the lot before shipment. Samples are drawn by us and tested at an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory whose accreditation covers each parameter, and the lot is inspected against the agreed limits before it ships.

Can we nominate our own laboratory or inspection agency?

Yes. If you already work with an inspection company or laboratory, we build it into the plan and the contract. If not, we choose an accredited one and share its scope with you.

What happens if a shipment does not meet the specification?

Tolerances, test methods and the remedy are agreed in writing before production, so a failed result has a defined outcome rather than a dispute. Nothing ships against a failed inspection.

Do you accept trial orders?

Yes. A trial order is a standard step in how we qualify a supplier, and it lets you test us on a small volume before you commit to more.

Which countries do you export to?

We are not limited to particular markets. Your destination's rules, such as labelling, residue limits, certificates and phytosanitary requirements, become part of the specification from the start.

What do you need from us to prepare a quote?

The product, your specification (or as much of it as you have), quantity, packing, destination, Incoterm and the date you need the goods. If anything is missing, we will tell you what before any supplier quotes.
